Hi Richard
Your pal has missed an important modification: a small electric pump , 14 feet of fine tubing, push button switch, a drinks holder from a BMW (or like vehicle) all wired and plumbed together. I am sure that Graham could do the wiring; and if I remember correctly you were doing some plumbing in your house! Your mate could provide both you and Graham with "lemon tainted gin on the fly" :-P

A pal of mine was telling me about a drink he makes: shreds lemon peel and puts
it in a bottle of gin, puts the bottle in the boot of the car and leaves it for
a few months. Says it's brilliant! Putting it in the car boot helps to keep the
fluid agitated so it gets all the 'goodness' out of the lemon zest.

Anyone here had a go at this?
