Were those true residuals i.e. based on real prices, not Glass's Guide prices?
The "official" book figures for Morgans bear no resemblance to what they
actually fetch in the market.

Cheers,
Owen.

Plus 8's may be, but my Roadster is 8 yrs old & would have to gain almost 9K
to match what the original owner paid new with all the extra goodies he spec'd
up

But he took most of the £ hit when he traded in, & it's the best Mog I've
had, plus it's now got 'Concours history' ;-)

  Regards,

  Jon

  Interesting Chris,

I'd like to see the same comparison after 10 years, the Q5 would be worth
what it weighs and the Mog would likely be worth more than it was bought for.

  Cheers

  Mike

I have just been reading a copy of the March 31st Telegraph Motoring Section.

Whilst the Audi Q5 retains it's value by 72.5% over 3 years/30,000 miles, the
second and fourth best were the Roadster and Plus 4 (69.6 and 68.7%
respectively)!

Something to cheer some of us up on a damp Monday.

  Chris
