   I would suggest to use the latest version from our web site, easy
to compile, easy to run. You can run it where you want.

   In monkey < 0.10 we use to run PHP with a CGI feature. Between 0.10
and 0.33.x Palm application server was used but now is being
deprecated. In the development branch (next release of v1.1) we have a
new CGI plugin which supports PHP properly. This version should be
released in a few weeks
