Compile your site.Copy it to your linux box. Now use this tool to configure apache http://go-mono.com/config-mod-mono/
You will need to copy the config file to (our the equivelant on suse) /etc/apache2/sites-available And then create symbolic link in the corresponding sites-enabled directory.
