Yes it have permissions on that directory
When I say does not work I mean that apache don't "translate" the asp.net code my 
browser list the asp.net code.
The first time I do a copy of the same test folder from xsp and rename the alias in 
the httpd.conf and does not work

"Does not work" is too generic for us to help you...
May be it's a permission problem. Does the user running apache have permission to read 
from that directory?
