I was hoping someone more knowledgeable than me (i.e. just about anyone) would chip in, but since no-one has, perhaps it's worth saying that there have been "issues" with System.Windows.Forms, I understand.
So just as an experiment, perhaps you could try recompiling under mono and see if that works. That'd be my next move anyway.
