* options_list.hh: added --guess option
* work.hh, work.cc (workspace::find_unknown_and_ignored): added an optionally
recursive version of find_unknown_and_ignored, and added a overload matching
the old find_unknown_and_ignored that is non-recursive
* work.hh, work.cc (workspace::perform_rename): added an 'ignore_dpath'
parameter that allows the rename of a directory or file to the name of an
existing directory
* work.cc (file_itemizer): added a recursive option
