ChangeLog:
* lua_hooks.cc: redirect the output of print() and io.write() and format them
it as standard progress output
* monotone.texi: reword the Lua introduction and make custom Lua commands more
prominent; change the chapter name (Lua integration hasn't only been a topic of
hooks for quite some time now); add a new sub chapter and document why print
and io.write have been changed
* tests/catch_lua_output/*: add a test for the redirection functionality
