abbreviate ids to 10 characters and add tests for branch names in tag listing
* cmd_list.cc (ls_tags): abbreviate revision ids to 10 characters followed by
"..."
* tests/db_kill_tag_locally/__driver__.lua: abbreviate revision ids before
before checking output
* tests/importing_cvs_tricky_repo_with_tags/test.tags: update expected ouptut
to use abbreviated revision ids
* tests/ls_tags_with_ambiguous_tags/__driver__.lua: abbreviate revision ids
before before checking output
* tests/tags_and_tagging_of_revisions/__driver__.lua: commit to different
branches and check for these in the tag listing
