I finally got around to starting to look at this, but I'm very confused by the state of the repo. The 0.99.1 org.debian.monotone head also appears to be in the squeeze branch. I'm also unsure whether the changes I made to have monotone-doc recommend instead of depend on monotone were removed accidentally or deliberately.
