Sounds like we need to consider various previous versions and test multiple upgrade paths. I don't currently have the time to pursue this. I'm inclined to revert that change and reduce 1.0-6 to just the boost-1.10 compatibility fix, so we can ship that and take care of a file layout change later on. Thoughts?
