So one could verify that that worked on a particular database (i.e., that the produced selectors selected unique revisions in the new database), and then use a modified form to produce scripts for each cert signer, to produce corresponding certs in the new database. That would produce exactly what everyone wants, except for all the duplicate certs. I guess you could make a record of all of those before starting, then remove them. Or (if you think of it in time) use a special key to do the rosterify. Either way I think you have to use SQL to remove them, but it's not too bad, I think.
