Speaking of blown and tired sails, I gave up on mine after they ripped out last summer. I currently have a new full batten main and 110% jib on order from Kern Ferguson...Jerry's friend and sailmaker for lots of M-boats. He is reputed to have the M-boats pretty much dialed in. But his sails are not cheap ....er...inexpensive, and he is busy. I also had a 60% storm jib made by Ullman in San Diego. They did a good job and got it to me in a hurry.
