M_Boats: Genoa??

I have a Forespar telescoping whisker pole (telescopes
to 12').  When flying a 150 on an M-17, where are the
attachment points (usually) for the whisker pole?  

The whisker pole will NOT fit into the clew and I
suppose some snap shackle would solve that.  However,
where on the boat does one attach the other end of the
whisker pole?
