I understand that the spinnaker tack attaches ahead of the forestay, but on MY boat anyway, that would just mean it would hit the bow pulpit all that much more, since the bow pulpit is just fore of the forestay -- UNLESS it is raised up so that the foot of the spinnaker were ABOVE the pulpit -- is that what you mean? OR -- has anyone ever thought of a bowsprit on an M15, or is that crazy?
