No problem Dan, just take your shoes off.  As long as it doesn't get over
the cockpit seats you should be ok.

Seriously,  it's not a problem,  just make sure the scupper is clean so it
drains properly.  It's a good reminder to "Check the drain" when you notice
the water coming in and it should be reassuring to see it drain.
