I'll have to admit that I'm guilty of the same pickiness :-) I passed
up a couple of simple (no compartments in the lid which I didn't want)
toolboxes as well because they had cheapish metal hardware and I hate
rust. Of course all the (similarly inexpensive) ones with the
compartments taking up the lid space had nice plastic latches!
But now, Connie, I see your handy amortization formula! So I guess I
could get the one with the metal latches after all... Only difference
being that I will have to "price" the box in something like iced lattes
or Cherry Garcia frozen yogurt ;-)
