I can't answer the dingy question, or milage for that matter because I've never run through a full tank of gas at one time. But I do know the newer 2s are clutched, as opposed to our 2000 model, which is not and is driving from the moment it fires up. With our motor, once you crank it up, life becomes an adventure. t
