I had Umiaq rigged with a few time savers. Everything that could be use
a Fastpin (this kind of thing:
http://www.westmarine.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?store
Id=10001&langId=-1&catalogId=10001&productId=539) had one -- I remember
the forestay had one and there was even a long one that replaced the
bolt in the mast step. Everything that could use snap shackles had them
(halyards, jib downhaul, mainsheet-traveler). The forestay had a
lever-operated tension adjuster on it and, of course, the shrouds stayed
attached all the time.

Putting the mast up was easy. The hardest job was hauling the motor out
of the car, but that was because it was far too big (a 5HP Honda).

I'd say that 20-30 minutes is a reasonable goal once you're familiar
with everything, but that there will always be something that slows you
down!
