I would recommend Douglas Fowler, a small boat specialist.  Makes  beautiful 
sails.  Go ahead and order a new jib while you're at  it.  (I have no 
affiliation with Fowler.)
 
The large sailmaking operations are irritated by orders for small boat  
sails, unless you're ordering 25 of them.
