I think I bought mine at Boat US before they merged with West Marine. I do not know if they are discontinued or no longer imported.
Try googling for the model number, 70UNE and 70 UNE. I found the best price ($98) at: Celestaire, Wichita, Kansas. http://www.celestaire.com/catalog/products/2304.html It shows up as a Brunton brand. Beats the heck out of me why they call it Brunton now in the States. I used Silva compasses for orienteering at summer camp when I was a small boy.
