When I was younger, I was able to pull myself up by grabbing hold of 
the bow pulpit on my M15 (this was easier than trying to climb over 
the stern.)  So it seems reasonable to me to put some kind of rope 
ladder on the foredeck that would reach down over the bow.  Has 
anyone tried this?
