M_Boats: Sails

I just ordered a new main and jib for my 1979 M17.  I ordered a loose footed 
main, now I'm not so sure.  Is anyone else using a loose footed main and how do 
you like it.  Incidentally FX Sails is currently giving a discount if you order 
more than one sail.  I ordered an offshore main and 110% jib for a total of 
$867 with the options I wanted.
