Wow, that Gerr downhaul looks complicated . Has anybody ever done that? I see how it works, but I'd think there would be significant friction/resistance using the rings. I'd also think just gathering the foresail to the stay would create quite a bit of windage. Any other thoughts, or better yet, is anyone doing this? t
