I just use a line secured to the top shackle on the jib and then through a block secured to the stemhead and then through a fairlead on the cabin top.........works fine, every time.....
BTW,,,,has anybody suspended an M17 by the aluminum toe rails ?.....or is it saver to use the chainplates.......I need to lift mine off the trailer to check the CB and repaint the bottom.
