I've had good luck with Yager Sails. www.yagersails.com He made my 150 roller furler genoa five years ago and it has been a great sail. This year I had him make me a new main and a 180 drifter. Both are quality made with attention to detail. Excellent foil shape. There are cheaper sailmakers out there, but I think he's worth the extra cost. A big plus for me is that he's only an hour away (in Spokane, Wa.) and we can discuss the details in person.
