I will never part with Pelican regardless of how she treats me. .

I have worked on her center board, ground it down, replaced her
pennant, reinforced her pin hole.

 What I should have done was replace her steel core center board with
a lead core center board.  This would have prevented the major
operation that you can see on the following link

If your CB is steel do yourself a favor order a new one from Bob.
