A tri-color mast head llight is located at the top of the mast and has the red/green running lights along with a white/clear achor light.? The clamp-on ones aren't too expensive, and the batteries last a long time. More new LED stuff is coming out all the time. Some battery-powered Christmas lights (3 AA batteries per string) come in the right colors (red, green, white) and cost about $3.50 per string at Walmart currently.
