Kendall..
On the rig just move the aft stays to a lower position on the
stay adjuster. (a lower hole to shorten the length) and move the
headstay up to a higher hole to lengthen the headstay.
You want the mast to RAKE AFT somewhat.
On the pin, drift it out 1/3 and coat it with caulking, do it on
both sides. Put a piece of scotch tape on each side to let the
caulking kick off.
