I ordered LED's when I bought the Pacific trailer and there was no  
extra charge. You can also buy them at Wallmart and at truck supply  
stored. Most of the highway trucks and many newer busses now use LED's  
because of reliability and low current draw. Even saw a U-Haul trailer  
with them yesterday.
