Hi Blake,

Did you have any person-to-person contact with Dwyer?  If so, how was  
the service?  I ask because my only phone call to Dwyer (a simple  
mast gate inquiry) went went comically awry.  Maybe I caught their  
customer service guy right after he sent an alimony check or something.
