Hi Tom and Robert, Thanks for your advice! Prying the toe rail up to increase pressure on the screws worked in a couple of places, but I still ended up needing to pry out the teak endcaps in a few places. Well, now that the teak is off the fun begins! My wood is so weathered that it really has to be sanded down pretty well to make a nice finish.
