Get yourself some Semco 2 part teak cleaner.  One part is green and the 
other is red.  Use a scotch pad and follow the directions.  Get some good 
heavy duty gloves because it is pretty harsh.  All that weathered grey and 
black streaks will disappear and the teak will look like it was just out of 
the mill.
