Yes! Dorothy made it. 
Our experience when we were trying to sell Motu iti was that as soon as a  
prospective buyer realized that Motu iti was fixed keel, they backed off  
really 
quickly. No one was interested in a boat that they couldn't get in the  
garage or they thought it would be hard to launch and retrieve. 
We are seriously considering joining the San Juan group for 2009 again.  What 
a blast!!!
