changing class's @ISA dynamically

Is is kosher to change the inheritance of a Moose class dynamically,  
by manipulating @ISA? What about in conjunction with make_immutable()?

This is for Mason 2, in which each template will generate to a Moose  
class. The inheritance of a template class can potentially change as  
people create and remove autohandlers.
