Understood....

Well.. since you are using opensource code, you could also split appart and
isolate the offending code, and make an example... maybe in the process you
find the answer, or if not, just post a link to that part, so someone can
take a look at it....

No one is going to bother you for putting up a demo online with content not
found in the official application.... :-)
