Is there a reason why the side nav doesn't match scripts.json? Yes. Right now the left navigation menu is created, on the fly, based off of the files in the docs directory, in alphabetic order. I'm planning to add JSON support to the menu class soon. So if you want, you will be able to go the JSON powered method.
Searchable docs are definitely something I want to add. I'm not sure what would the best method to accomplish this, however. I could go the Google search method like MooTools uses, or perhaps use an internal search class, but then again, we're talking flat-files, so the search speed might not be super fast. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
