Google search isn't great as that implies that the docs are online and accessible by teh googles. I'd rather see you include a stand alone product. My first though is perlfect (http://www.perlfect.com/freescripts/search/), though to be fair it's... perl. But I bet there are similar products out there in php or ruby or whatever. I don't think you need to build it yourself.
