[MOPO] What Venue? 1978 "King Creole" Grande One Panel "French"

I just bought a R-1978 French one panel from "King Creole". I have seen the original one panel on Dominique's website. This one panel size 47" x 63" was not a re-release grande through Paramount.Art is by Jean Mascii. Was this poster for an Elvis Presley festival a year after his death or? I know that this Michael Curtiz title was his personal favorite based on the Harold Robbin's story "A Stone For Danny Fisher". The title "King Creole" is not in French. Does anyone on the list know what this one panel was printed for? Thanks for any and all information!
