Maybe it's just my local post office with its laid back attitude, but I've
shipped tubes out of here via Global Priority that were up to 48" long (rolled
banner poster). They never blinked, just took my money and slapped the postage
sticker on it and put it through.

Tubes are rolls. Ask you postal person to look it
up. 36 inches is the maximum length anywhere in the world by regular air
mail. Global priority mail is not included in this specification, 24
inches applies to Global priority. Sorry for the double emails
