Speak for yourself, Michael, please. I'm a MOPOER, too, and I don't care one bit if my e-mail box is "clogged", as you put it, with this kind of announcement. Different people have different internet viewing habits. Not everyone's is like yours. Sometimes I like to be reminded when something is closing. I've often bought something at the last minute and gotten a good deal on it, too. If I don't want to read a post, I delete it. Simple as that.
There are 400 or so people on this list and I don't remember even 10% of them have complained.
Each member is entitled to three posts or so a day, and I don't care what they post to use their quota.
