Yes, this is frustrating all around. Apparently, though, it is not exclusively an AOL problem, at least as far as MOPO goes. I've been contacted by several MOPOers who do not use AOL telling me they haven't received MOPO mail in several weeks -- so the problem seems larger than just AOL.

And Phil, the Yank constitution provides for a check on government, and unfortunately not on public corporations. The first amendment says *Congress* shall make no law abridging the freedom of speech or of the press.

Since attempts to AOL customer service have been unproductive, maybe contacting customer RELATIONS at AOL corporate might be of more help.  As of the moment, for me, I am getting sporadic messages from MOPO, and those I do get are 2 or 3 days late.
