I had this poster on my watch list, and found it interesting.  I thought it was a fake judging by the very white borders, plus the borders also looked a bit to wide.
Usually when a seller states the poster may be a repo, it is one.  Or should be considered one.
Even though this poster is very likely a repo, I thought it was still a rare bird (printed on heavy paper).  And even knowing this poster was a repo I still wouldn't have minded buying it.  With a daughter in college I can't afford the real deal now.  And it would have looked good framed.  But I thought out bidding a $51 bid was to much for a trimmed fake.  My only question to Al was how big the poster was.  I like to know how much material is missing on trimmed posters.
I've bought posters from Al before, and other than a long ship time, I can't remember a problem with the poster I received.  ( This is not to dismiss any problems anyone else has had.  This has been my experience with this seller)
Al is certainly not the only seller that I have bought from that is a slow shipper.  And I take that into account when I win an item from that seller.  But I do keep in contact with those sellers to make sure everything is on track.  If I don't get an answer from a seller, that's when I stop buying from them.
Actual, it's a wonder there aren't more full size studio licensed reproduction on the market on the more costly posters.  I would like to have a Forbidden Planet 1 sheet, but I don't have the $10,000 (or more) to buy one (I don't think I would buy one for that money even if I did have the $,to tell the truth.)  I can't buy a Van Gosh painting, and I can't buy a original Forbidden Planet ether.  But that doesn't mean I wouldn't mind having a repo of Forbidden Planet on my wall.
I think it's a great image.

You are beating a dead horse.  A person who uses his language, denies being a dealer, yet listing 180 posters in a few weeks, trying to solicit bids for a photocopy poster by disclaiming it but listing it as original, holding payment and items long enough to prevent a claim on Paypal, etc, etc, etc--------------does not deserve your politeness.  If you add up the time he has spent reading mopo emails and replying to them, he most likely could have packed all the posters he sold and taken them to the post office.    What amazes me most of all is that he is trying to defend his sleazy modus operandi with nastiness to members of mopo.  He does not realize that mailing his posters in a reasonable time, not listing repros as original and being logical, truthful and polite, will earn him the respect he is seeking.
