I asked yesterday about an unusual format for a US international one sheet that has the words "short stop" on the back as part of the NSS stamp. The only response I had was a rather witty email from Freeman who suggested that the term may be referring to a "well rounded athlete with quick response, and valuable in a clutch play, usually going by names like Biff, Scooter, or Jerry". Good one Freeman.
 
I'm sure that there are many on this list who would consider themselves experts on US poster formats. Surely someone has come across this form of poster. I am guessing that it is similar to the US printed "one stops" that are quite rare but I would appreciate it if someone could enlighten me.
