Andy,
But, see... the self-regulating process by group members regards off-topic
posts works best if the person sending the off-topic stuff picks up
on how the group feels about his posts and decides he would rather not continue
to piss people off (and possibly get placed on their blocked sender's list). Or,
worse, just have his future posts completely ignored. Either way, the person who
really goes overboard with off-topic posts on a regular basis eventually finds
himself ostracized. Eventually he drop out of the forum. This works in both
email lists like MOPO and bulletin board-based forums (although it might take
longer for the ostracizing effect to occur on a bulletin board, but it would
still happen).

So good I got it twice? - This is more annoying than spam, once
would be enough

Simple
rules:
If about movie posters and it annoys you ---don't read
it just delete it
If about something else------don't
write it, write it somewhere else
I hope I made it easier for you to
comprehend
