Just like the bidder who spent almost $300 on an 8x10 b&w photo in one of Bruce's auctions. I bought a lobby card from the same film (which I must prefer over 8x10 stills) for $85. Seriously now: I believe that Bruce H. is one of the best on eBay. There are about half a dozen or so that I believe are in his category, but the rest I either don't trust or their beginning prices are just too high for a beginning price. I understand that a lot of people are used to Bruce and like his honorable way of doing business, I know Bruce has a huge mailing list and club membership, etc. etc. ad infinitum. BUT WHY IN THE WORLD ARE PEOPLE PAYING SUCH RIDICULOUSLY HIGH PRICES FOR AN ITEM WHEN THEY CAN GET THE SAME OR SIMILAR ITEM ELSEWHERE (EVEN ON EBAY) FOR MUCH LESS? I don't get it. Is there an explanation?
