I feel strongly about filing the non-paying bidder alert. IT eventually
gets dead-beats off of Ebay and it allows you to recover your commission
should the 2nd chance offer not come through. If it's a good customer
who defaulted out of oversight on the payment, sometimes they pay after
being reminded by Ebay, but if they are on the road to being a chronic
non-payer, an Ebay unpaid item alert is definitely in order. FRANC

Subject: Re: [MOPO] Ebay Second Chance Offer

Did this recently.
After two emails to high bidder went unanswered, I sent one giving him
24 hrs notice, when that was up made the 2nd chance offer.
I didn't bother filing a non-paying bidder complaint.
Cheers,
Rich
