Excellent analysis, Phil but there's one item you left out: Ebay has now made a big deal about how it offers dealers with excellent feedback reductions in their final value commissions. However with buyers checking off these boxes indiscriminately as you indicated below, it becomes virtually impossible to achieve a feedback rating that allows you to qualify for these discounts. As proof I offer my own Ebay feedback score: it is 100% positive feedback and because some buyers checked off average shipping or very good instead of excellent communication I will never achieve the weighted average I need to qualify for theses discounts. It's all just another Ebay sham. FRANC
