I 'd be interested to see whether Ebay allows you to keep this note on your listings, since technically buyers are allowed under Ebay guidelines to leave whatever rating they feel appropriate without regard for its effect on the seller. Buyers simply don't understand how to rate their transactions properly. They rate like a former CFO I once worked for who insisted on a personnel review NEVER to give an employee a "Superior" ratings in anything even if the employee delivered a superior performance because HE expected superior work as the norm! Unfortunately there are fools on Ebay who rate in the same manner and feel it's necessary to chip away a few points here and there even though the transaction they are rating was superior in everyway. I have a 100% feedback with no negatives or neutrals and I still can't manage to achieve an Ebay discount because someone a few months ago left me a 4.5 rating in the shipping cost area. Hence my overall average never gets to 4.9. Ebay has set its feedback rating system up in a manner that clearly makes it next to impossible to partake in the discounts they offer sellers for superior performance. FRANC
