I got a response back from the seller of the poster who is currently on the
road right now and will give me more info on his return next week. He
estimates the poster to be approx. 18x24" IN the frame. Definately not a
one-sheet.

I strongly disagree. Real thing should be 28x42", just like the original
"Marihuana, WWRiH". If it's 27x41" stay away from it.
Many exploitation posters of the era had the blank space at the top and do look
like window cards in craptastic photos. In fact it's an excellent way to tell
an original from a fake, all other things being equal.
